"The Palatucci mob family has been gunning for you since you robbed First World Bank—one of their money laundering operations. It might serve you well to strike at them first Our interests align. Those snitching vermin called the police on one of my operations. The cops sealed off a valuable packing and production facility. Here’s the deal: get to my warehouse and grab my merchandise. I will, of course, reward you handsomely. It’s an active crime scene, so be careful."

Description

Corrupt cops working for the Palatucci mob family are raiding one of my warehouses. Get down there and secure my merchandise.

Overview

After a failed sting operation, cops with connections to the Palatucci Family raid a set of three warehouses belonging to the Golden Dagger Triad. The Payday gang attacks the location on behalf of Shayu, while also as retaliation over the Palatucci Family killing off their Inside Man who helped with the First World Bank legacy heist.

As stated in pre-release material, the heist contains objectives that can be achieved through multiple different methods rather than a linear progression of completion, similar to Diamond District.

As stated before, there is no linear progression completion of objectives. Both loud and stealth have the exact same objectives, with the only difference being the already established differences between stealth and loud gameplay.

Once loud has started, negotiation phase will be skipped entirely (similar to Road Rage). No civilians are present in the heist either, necessitating the need for skills such as Menacing to take police and SWAT hostage in order to trade for consumables.

There is optional objective for cooking meth in both loud and stealth. Instead of following instructions from Shade, a whiteboard with the order of the ingredients can spawn in either the top floor office in the right warehouse, or the office inside the left warehouse. The whiteboard will display the order in which the ingredients must be placed, going from left to right. Ingredients can only be found inside each of the three warehouses, spawning on both levels of each warehouse. A maximum of four sets of ingredients (twelve in total) can be found.

Access Items

There are various doors or entrances locked behind either a red and blue keycard or QR code. There are multiple red keycard that can spawn, a red keycard can be found on either a patrolling officer or within the lockers in either the left or right warehouse. Only a single blue keycard can spawn, located on a patrolling officer, typically found near the front street. QR codes are densely placed around the heist, being found in and outside the warehouses and on multiple patrolling officers. Due note that a few of the QR codes that spawn outside are within the eyeline of non-patrolling guards, so it recommended to use the donut distraction found in the shipping container with the camera operator.

Containers

There are multiple shipping containers outside the set of warehouses, 4 of them are red. 2 of the red containers will be locked with a QR code and will contain a crate with a guaranteed cocaine spawn inside, the other 2 will be inaccessible. There are also 2 white containers and 2 white trucks, one of those 4 will contain the CCTV, the other 3 are empty.

Left Warehouse

There are two entrances locked behind a QR code into the left warehouse, with one being in the front and the other in the back, however one of these entrances may be barricaded and inaccessible. Once in, there are multiple crates with the chance of containing loot, along with meth ingredients. In the warehouse there is an office locked behind a keycard, that may contain the whiteboard with the meth recipe, along with loot and meth ingredients.

Right Warehouse

There are two entrances locked behind a QR code into the right warehouse, with one being left and the other in the right, however one of these entrances may barricaded and inaccessible. Once in, there are multiple crates with the chance of containing loot, along with meth ingredients. Additionally, there is a loot cage with a large pile (worth three bags) of cocaine and meth ingredients. The cage is locked behind a keypad, with the code needed being on a computer in the warehouse's office.

On the upper level, there is an office locked behind a red keycard. The office houses the computer with the code required for the keypad. The office may contain the whiteboard with the meth recipe, along with loot and meth ingredients.

Rear Warehouse

There are two entrances locked behind a red keycard into the rear warehouse, with one being on the left near the stairs and the other on the right on the ground level, however one of these entrances may barricaded and inaccessible. The rear warehouse only serves the purpose of housing the meth lab, along with containing a few meth ingredients. There are no officers patrolling this area.

Guard Distribution

There are 2 stationary guards near the truck on the front road and one patrolling guard on the right-side very end of the road, there is a chance for a patrolling guard to spawn on the left side of the road. There are 2 stationary guards near the police van close to the front road in the outdoor space separating the warehouses, as well as 2 patrolling guards, one in the very center of the area, the other one towards the back road side. There are 2 stationary guards near the police van on the right-side outdoor space. There are 2 guards in the left warehouse, each of them patrolling it entirely. There are also 2 guards patrolling the right warehouse, one upstairs, one downstairs. There is a chance for a guard to spawn on the right side of the back road, there will always be a guard on the left side of the road unless the van spawns there, there is a stationary guard near the white truck next to the rear warehouse. The final guard is inside the CCTV. There are no guards inside the rear warehouse.

Once the heist goes loud, all entrances into the set of warehouses will require brute force to be opened. The left and right warehouses needing to be drilling open, with the the rear warehouse needing to be opened with thermite. Note that signaling the helicopter escape from either the Rooftop and Train Car Helo Escape assets will not prevent the thermite from being dropped.

Each of the warehouses contain crates, each crate with the chance of having cocaine inside, and are the greatest contributions to meeting the loot quota. Additionally, there are various cocaine packets that will also contribute to the quota. In the left and right warehouses, there are office requiring a red keycard. If a red keycard has not already been picked from a dead officer, there is a chance of red keycard being found in the various lockers in the left and right warehouse. In the right warehouse, there is a loot cage with a large pile (worth three bags) of cocaine and meth ingredients. The cage is locked behind a keypad, with the code needed being on a computer in the warehouse's office.

Like on the legacy version of Cook Off, the lab is powered by an external generator and can be disabled by the Sabotage Squad.

The Final Charge will frequently activate after at least one assault wave has ended.
