Background
Little is known about Riker's history, according to the end of Payday The Web Series Episode 5 he has a family, at some point he started working at The FBI.
He is first seen during Episode 3 where his partner Jordan Griffin tells her suspicions that Hector Morales, who she knows is the top meth distributor on the eastern seaboard, has connections to the Payday Gang. He tries to play off her theory as untrue due to her being unable to prove Crime.net is real and claiming she is just tired, after which we find out that Bain already has his eye on her with Riker as a mole.
In Episode 5, after the news reports on a theory from an unnamed source in the FBI, He tells Director Keating that he was not the FBI source, Keating reassigns him and Jordan to the sniper case. After the meeting Jordan reveals to him that she believes that there is a mole within their department. He calls Vlad and tells him that if the FBI finds out that he's the mole he's dead.
In Episode 6, Jordan has been able to place a tracker on Vlad's car. After following Vlad's car to a parking garage, Jordan tells him to stay in the car as she follows Vlad on foot. He eventually gets out and follows Jordan, Riker finds Jordan and she tells him that Vlad got away.
In Hoxton Breakout day 2, Riker, alongside Jordan are seen defending the FBI HQ when Hoxton and the rest of Payday Gang show up to get the files on who ratted him out.
He can be killed during the heist.
