Mechanics
The basic version of Grifter allows players to gain RUSH within 1 meter of a civilian or an employee, as long as you are in Casing Mode. The aced version intimidates all civilians and employees nearby, with all of them immediately surrendering rather than attempting to run.
Strategy
While Grifter is a stealth-oriented skill, especially for those who seek to complete a heist in Casing Mode (as in without masking up), it is a hilariously useful skill that synergises with other skills in the Grifter skill line. The basic version can be abused by simply running into a civilian to gain RUSH. Other stealth skills that are dependent on an active RUSH buff, such as Walk the Walk and Social Engineering, allow players to dominate most stealth heists without too much concern for getting caught.
The Aced version of Grifter is not particularly useful, as generally, you can simply shout or shove them to force civilians to surrender.
