Hacker 		Hacker: Tier 1 Base Skill
Basic: You can hack cameras to gain access to the area's CCTV system. This functions as though you had accessed the heist's security room. You gain one Runtime.


Ace: You can overload a device that already has an active Runtime. This will cause an electrical explosion that will stun anyone within range and destroy the device. You gain one additional Runtime.


Mechanics

Using the base version of this skill gives the ability to hack into cameras and being ablet to access them, with the ability to flip through. A single runtime is given and can be used.

Using the aced version of this skill allows for cameras to be disabled with an electrical explosion that will stun any NPC in the range of the device. An additional single runtime is given and can be used.

Strategy

The base version of this skill grants extremely useful as being able to flip through the cameras is useful to find guards, civilians, or areas of interest. The aced version then grants both an additional runtime, which can be used with Secure Loop and Routed Ping, but also grants the ability to destroy non-Titan cameras.
