Soft Assets 		CQC Specialist: Tier 2 500 EXP
If you have RUSH and shove away a SWAT you held as a human shield, RUSH is consumed, and you repair your current armor chunk if it's damaged. This ability only triggers once per enemy.

You move 5% faster while holding a human shield.

Mechanics

While RUSH is active, grabbing a human shield and then shoving them away will result in your currently damaged armor chunk to become fully repaired. Additionally, the movement speed with a human shield will become 5% faster.

Strategy

Since the base skill is required to unlock skills further in the tree, grabbing a human shield will most definitely have RUSH activated. The only two ways of getting a SWAT human shield are by either stunning with a Flashbang Grenade or forcing them to surrender with the Menacing. However, it's recommended against using Menacing since once a SWAT surrenders, they are considered a civilian, meaning cleaning costs will become applicable.

This is particularly useful when paired with Resistant Plates, and SWAT is stunned by a Flashbang Grenade. Since the regeneration of armor plates is one-time use per SWAT, grabbing a SWAT human shield and then immediately shoving them is the best way to make use of this skill.
