As long as your ECM Jammer is active, all cameras, Snipers, Techies, and the FBI vehicle within the heist are marked for your crew.

Mechanics

While an ECM Jammer is active, all cameras, Snipers, Techies, and the FBI van will be marked until the end of the ECM Jammer's activation duration.

Strategy

This does give some use to ECMs during loud gameplay. While lower difficulties will have the Techie marked out as soon as they spawn, having some other enemies that may require more effort in finding can be somewhat useful. But if the spawn areas of the FBI Van are memorized, then this just leaves Snipers being marked out, which they already have a visible tell for their location.

Being able to mark all cameras does not serve as much of a benefit, as hacking into cameras using Hacker can both access cameras and also as a way to locate cameras.
