Mechanics

While RUSH and an ECM Jammer are active the time it takes for, hacking attempts, phone searches, QR lock interactions is 50%. Additionally, all guards radios are instantly answered upon death.

Strategy

This skill both needs a lot to activate, and the benefits it grants aren't too great. While decreased interaction time for some lengthy interactions can be useful and being able to instantly answer radios, it's ultimately not a noteworthy skill.
