The Ice Pick is a melee weapon in PAYDAY 2, available to owners of The Point Break Heists DLC.

The DLC was delisted on Steam as of August 18th, 2024, rendering this weapon permanently unavailable, although players who purchased the DLC prior to this date is still able to access the contents as normal.

Overview

The Ice Pick is a fairly powerful melee weapon, dealing high damage per hit and has a high knockdown value. It is blessed with a long reach and fast attack speed while also compact enough to retain a high Concealment rating to use in a Dodge build. Its faster unequip speed also makes it useful for smash-and-grabs.

The only drawback to this weapon is its rather lengthy charge time.

Tips

• Players deal more damage per second with this weapon by attacking as quickly as possible, rather than fully charging attacks.
• If a player wishes for more damage, it is recommended that they get Berserker, Pumping Iron and Bloodthirst Aced from the Brawler skill tree.
• If a player wishes for more knockdown, use Martial Arts Aced.

Trivia

• This weapon is modeled after the Black Diamond Cobra ice-climbing pick.
• The maximum damage possible without Bloodthirst nor charging is 490.
  • The maximum damage with charging is 3,150.
